Pepper Jellies made with real fruit and peppers, excellent to use on bagels, toast, muffins, baked fish or chicken, most popular used with a cracker with cream cheese and a dab of jelly on top as an appetizer.

Cowboy Candy is sweet pickled fresh jalapenos with sugar, turmeric, and ginger.  Great on burgers, hotdogs, pizza, cornbread, or as an appetizer item.  Our newest item, Pineapple Cowboy Candy is chunks of pineapple with enough jalapenos to give it a nice little kick!
